A key member of the Commercial Team in a prominent law firm in Milton Keynes, working closely with national and multinational Companies advising on non-contentious contracts and policies, providing instant support including difficult personnel strategy and contentious matters with clever commercial settlements being on site if required.

Experience and work ranges from advising and managing collective redundancies, individual dismissals and transfer of undertakings as well as acquisitions and working closely with corporate and general commercial teams.

With over 10 years of experience he is a reliable source of advice often organising and undertaking Seminars and Newsletters for clients and other professionals.
