Deborah Hollamby    
     
 

Deborah was born in Birmingham in April 1970, she grew up and was educated in Solihull, W.Midlands. As a child, she attended Birmingham Theatre School, taking part in a number of productions and cameo parts for TV.
On Completing her ‘A’ level studies, she lived in Newcastle upon Tyne for a year working voluntarily with the Deaf Association and teaching sign language.

In 1988, Deborah moved to Rome, Italy where she gained a degree in theology and Media Communications. During that time, and following her studies,  Deborah wrote, reported and presented for Radio and TV, covering property, religion, current affairs and daytime TV (in Italian and English).

Alongside broadcasting, Deborah has pursued a career in PR and Communications, working at home and abroad for a number of clients, implementing ambitious, high profile Press and PR campaigns that have involved writing, reporting and interviewing for TV and Radio.  Deborah is also involved in training professionals in communication and life skills techniques.

Most recently, Deborah’s presenting and reporting roles have included writing and presenting a property series for HGTV, USA along with anchoring/presenting a number of live programmes for sky channels including ‘Your Law’, ‘The Good Day Show’ and other ‘daytime’ roles.  Deborah also continues to undertake general Voice-Over work.

Deborah is married to Stuart, has three children, Richard, Isabella and Joseph, and a Cocker spaniel, Polly, is passionate about languages, travelling, all types of property particularly Georgian and Victorian and walking in the High Peak.
