| The man was wearing a black hip length coat of medium weight and black trousers. Suspect could not speak very good English and had a foreign accent. |

Description: Two teenage girls were walking in Fareham and, as they passed a man sitting on a bench near to the museum, he said hello. The two girls stopped and spoke to the man briefly.
The man asked one opf the girls to sit down. The man edged closer and then touched the girl. She got up, realising what the man was doing, and the man indecently assaulted her. The two girls then ran off to seek help.
Suspect could not speak very good English and had a foreign accent.
