After working for several years in the Public Sector I studied Law at John Moores University before attending the College of Law, Christleton in 1997. I trained as a Solicitor specialising in Employment Law and Personal Injury before joining Peninsula Business Services in 2001 advising their blue-chip clients on all aspects of Employment Law and HR issues. I later joined their Advocacy Department dealing with Tribunal cases throughout England and Wales. I subsequently joined Employee Management Limited as Head of Advocacy dealing with a varied caseload before joining Citation plc as a Consultant Advisor. I decided to branch-out on my own and undertook locum work dealing with the recent high-profile National mass litigation being brought against Local Authorities.
