Rob Bhol

Rob began his legal career in 1986 and from 1988 has been conducting personal injury claims predominantly on behalf of trade union members, working for two leading Claimant Personal Injury firms, prior to the establishment of Balfor Legal.

In 1996 Rob joined a leading national firm of solicitors in Birmingham where he qualified as a solicitor, subsequently being made a Partner in May 2000. Throughout his legal career Rob has handled a wide range of cases from Road Traffic Accidents through to complex Industrial Disease claims. He has successfully pursued many claims to Trial in both the County and High Court and has had cases before the Court of Appeal.

 

Rob's expertise is principally in the law relating to workplace accidents. He has provided education and training on this subject both in house and to membership organisations such as Trade Unions. Rob also has a sound knowledge of Practice Management software and Information Technology and as such is responsible for the ongoing development of our own case management system enabling us to continue to meet and exceed client expectations.

Rob has featured on BBC Midlands Today and as an expert on Legal TV/Red TV giving free expert legal advice to the public on matters relating to accident claims.

Sejal Karavadra

Sejal Karavadra has many years of experience in the Immigration field. She started her career at the Home Office in the Immigration Directorate. Now as a qualified solicitor she is able to draw upon this experience and expertise to advice on all aspects of Immigration law. She can tell you what is legally possible to do and what is the best option for you.

The Immigration field is an ever changing one and we make it sure that our clients get all the updated information on Immigration. Sejal regularly updates herself on the changes allowing her to always do her best for the clients.

 

Sejal has worked with clients on all immigration related matter providing a high standard of advice. She is experienced in handling immigration issues which includes visa applications, applications for settlement in the UK, work permits HSMP applications, and human rights applications.

Angela Hesketh

Angela Hesketh is Head of Private Client Services for Lees Lloyd Whitley Solicitors.

Before taking her present role she worked in several different disciplines within the company, including residential property, family law and wills and probate.

She qualified as a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives in 1994, specialising in land law, conveyancing, equity and trusts and constitutional law.

Angela appears regularly in the media as a recognised expert in her field and is eager and willing to offer initial free advice on all areas of residential property law.
